Therapy for Anxiety, Identity, and Trauma in New York
Trauma-informed care for AAPI, LGBTQ+, and first-gen clients navigating anxiety, identity, and generational wounds.

Meet Your Therapist
I’m Na (she/they), a trilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering online therapy across New York State. With over 8 years of experience, I support AAPI, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and first- or second-generation clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and identity challenges.
As a queer, bicultural therapist, I create a space grounded in safety, dignity, and collaborative healing.

How I Work
My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with the full complexity of who you are—your past, identity, and strengths—to support insight, healing, and growth.
I build authentic relationships through culturally inclusive, anti-oppressive care. My work draws from psychodynamic, intersectional, and holistic approaches to support AAPI, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and first-gen clients across New York.
My theoretical orientations draw from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Nervous System Regulation to address trauma within the body.
