As an out-of-network provider, you'll pay me directly, then submit a superbill to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Most insurance companies reimburse 50-80% of therapy costs after you meet your deductible.

Our initial session will be an intake that focuses on getting to know you and your needs.
Some topics we'll discuss are your reasons for seeking therapy, areas of your life you'd like to improve, and establish meaningful treatment goals. This helps create a roadmap for our work together.

Every therapeutic journey is unique! Most clients choose to work together for 1-3 years.
Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (for established clients) depending on your needs and progress.

I exclusively provide secure virtual telehealth services to residents throughout New York State, making therapy accessible wherever you are.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Sessions canceled within 48 hours that cannot be rescheduled that same week incur the full $250 fee.
No-shows are also charged the full fee.
I will always prioritize finding a reschedule time within the same week when possible.
You're never charged for sessions I cancel, and I'll notify you of planned time off well in advance.

Yes, I complete FMLA, Disability, and Medical Leave documentation for clients I've worked with for at least 6-8 weeks.
There is a $150 fee per form for this administrative service.
